For paper submission
Original manuscripts not under consideration in other venues are solicited. Submissions should adhere to the IEEE Communications Society double-column, single space format and should not exceed 8 pages. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference, for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings and the IEEE digital library.
Papers are to be submitted electronically on the EDAS web site by the deadline indicated below. Papers submitted after this deadline will be discarded without review.
